Today (19 Dec 2014) Mr. Atthaphon Charoenchansa, Director-General of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, said that it was a clip from an aerial survey of wild elephants on Phu Kradueng, which were within a 1-2 kilometer radius of the Wang Kwang tourist service point on the peak of Phu Kradueng. One elephant found during the aerial survey was named "Sidao Dam". Since it was a landfill, the elephant may have smelled salt and fish sauce and came to stay there.
